What should I decide before the walkthrough?
Start with what is not working. That may be storage, worn cabinets, a narrow walkway, poor lighting, or not enough counter space. You do not need to pick every finish first. The walkthrough is for measuring the room and deciding which changes belong in the estimate.
Can we keep the same kitchen layout?
